Breakfast buffet, the service, and being on the water. Our room was spacious enough for four people. The hotel was reasonably close to URMC, which was our overall goal.

The staff at Staybridge are the best. Without fail, whoever greets us at the door is super kind & accommodating. They let us into our room almost 3 hours early. We even had a river view, beautiful and quiet. This is a great location for visiting the University of Rochester. We walked everywhere on campus & to surrounding neighborhoods.

The staff were incredibly friendly - it made the whole stay for us. They provided convenient storage for our bicycles. Breakfast offered plenty of options, with lovely places to sit indoors and out. Also, it was worth getting the slightly larger 2-person room with couch; it just felt more spacious than a typical hotel room.

I loved the decor, large window in lobby, faux stone fireplace, tables on patio, patio string lights, leisure area overlooking the river. I appreciate the breakfast!

Love the view of the river. The room was nice and big. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and that morning took a beautiful 2 mile walk starting right outside the hotel, across the bridge, along the river, and across another bridge. Almost everyone we passed smiled and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving. The kitchen staff, working on a holiday morning, were cheerful and accommodating. The breakfast was varied and satisfying.

The front desk staff were all personable and helpful. The location in proximity to the university is very convenient. The happy hour is a nice touch.

We have stayed here before. Everyone is so friendly. They also have a Social. Free dinner and drinks on specific nights. Love being on the river.

We stayed here for a week while in the middle of moving. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and went over the top for us. Ben at reception is the best! He helped us with everything we needed and was very friendly.

The hotel was very nice and breakfast was great. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing and watching HBO.
